Primarily responsible for research and development of pre-lithiation/magnesium-based processes for silicon-carbon anodes; conducting development and evaluation experiments for pre-lithiation/magnesiumization based on product and project requirements; collaborating with process R&D teams to assist in formulating and refining small-scale and pilot-scale scaling-up plans; and responsible for preparing process reports as well as drafting related technical, product, and process patents.

Job Requirements:

1. Under 35 years old, with a master’s degree or higher in metallurgy, materials science, or a related chemical field. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in heat treatment processes and equipment management. Candidates should possess strong professional technical skills and innovative capabilities, as well as a strong sense of responsibility. They should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Job Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for the research and development and characterization of carbon-coating processes via CVD; collecting and conducting market research, as well as gathering relevant technical information from both domestic and international sources; completing related experiments and tests on schedule and with high quality according to the R&D plan; recording, organizing, and analyzing data; performing technical optimization based on product development requirements to improve and enhance product quality; and preparing process reports as well as drafting patents related to technologies, products, and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Under the leadership of the project supervisor, be responsible for R&D technical work, quality control, and the implementation of specific tasks; assist R&D engineers in carrying out process optimization, new product development, testing, and other related activities. Specifically record and implement R&D plans, and assist in drafting and organizing technical documentation and experimental records. Handle and coordinate on-site technical issues, promptly report to the supervisor, and submit the final experimental report to the supervisor upon completion of the experiment. Accept assigned tasks from the company and perform daily laboratory operations.

Under 30 years old, with a bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering-related field such as materials science, chemistry, or chemical engineering; proficient in office software applications like Excel and Word.
